Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery. We kindly ask that you provide clear photos of the product so we can assist you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, requests made after this period may not be eligible for support.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office. While we are unable to take responsibility for stolen packages once they are marked as delivered, we encourage you to contact the carrier for further assistance.

 

Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages
